Kevin Kilpatrick

Kevin Kilpatrick

Founder/CEO

Kevin Kilpatrick is the Founder and CEO of Silver Lake Media Group. Considered one of the top marketers in the construction, residential remodeling and home improvement industry, he is diligent in listening to the voice of the consumer and giving them what they want. He launched the all-Spanish magazine Constru-Guia al dia in 2007 as a result of learnings obtained in focus groups of Hispanics Pros discussing power tools and the conversation drifted to how there was no national trade magazine for guys in the construction industry that prefer to read in Spanish. In 2014 the magazine was converted to a bilingual flipbook when Kevin recognized that non-Spanish speakers were feeling left out when they couldn’t read the magazine. The Pro Construction Guide/Constru-Guia media platform has since evolved into a digital and social platform with over 200,000 pros in the community. In 2017 Kevin launched a bilingual media platform for the masonry industry after he learned that 48% of the U.S. masons consider themselves Hispanic, but there wasn’t a trade magazine in Spanish. Kevin is a frequent speaker and guest lecturer on marketing to both English and Spanish construction industry. Prior to Silver Lake, Kevin enjoyed a successful marketing career, including several years at The Home Depot and renowned advertising agencies such as The Richards Group in Dallas, Texas.
